Cash desk manager (ticket office Therme) (m/f/d)

Silvretta Therme

Administrative management of the cash register system (creating item lists, generating and reviewing reports, etc.)
Operational management of the cash register (active cashiering, creating and checking daily takings, etc.)
Team leadership (including creating duty rosters)
Participating in and contributing to events and similar activities
Friendly and confident handling of customer complaints
Monitoring cash and cashless payment transactions as well as daily cash register closings
Managing and controlling daily cash funds
Scheduling, supervising, and training cash register staff
Checking receipts, resolving cash discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with security and data protection guidelines
Very good German and English skills, additional languages an advantage

Experience as a cashier; experience in a similar position an advantage
Utmost conscientiousness and integrity when handling monetary values
Calm and composure in stressful situations or during peak times
Friendly demeanor toward customers
Clean criminal record certificate
German language skills appropriate to the position
