Fitness at Ischgl’s Silvretta Therme

Get active, stay fit

The 320-square-metre high-end fitness area of Ischgl’s Silvretta Therme is popular with guests as well as locals. State-of-the-art fitness machines by milon, skillcourt and Sensopro make the gym a great choice for all those who want to get active.

The special thing about our fitness area: You won’t find any weights there. Instead, our focus is on bodyweight workouts and innovative stretching techniques. Our therapist Reto Cotrotzo and his team also work with Sensopro and skillcourt machines at our in-house physiotherapy practice.

Good to know: The gym is not included in your ticket for Silvretta Therme’s pool or sauna area.

Your workout at Ischgl‘s Silvretta Therme

Health-oriented fitness training: These two aspects play an important role at Silvretta Therme’s gym area. Our spacious gym is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines by milon. Offering fully automated and digital workout options, milon equipment is a great choice for athletes who want to work on their strength and mobility. Whether you prefer free training or circuit training: With the help of an app, you can track your fitness progress at any time. Additional exercise machines by skillcourt and Sensopro make your workout even more varied.

The exercise machines at Silvretta Therme

Strong brands for targeted training

At our in-house gym, fitness fans can use fully digital equipment by renowned brands. For instance, the following exercise machines are waiting for you:

milon

Strength and endurance training

The exercise machines of milon are all about strength and mobility – the same aspects our in-house physiotherapist Reto Cotrotzo focuses on. At Ischgl‘s Silvretta Therme, you can choose from two workout options. The “milon Q free” free training is a great choice for individual strength and endurance training, while the “milon Q circuit” is based on a specific, 30-minute workout combination. A convenient extra: Thanks to the fully digital equipment and app, it’s easy to monitor your training progress.

FIVE

Active stretching

Everyone can do passive stretches. However, the FIVE stretching machine at Ischgl’s Silvretta Therme offers active muscle training. Unlike classic stretching, the machine requires simultaneous muscle tension. Thus, the muscle is stimulated to adopt a new pattern of movement, making it possible to stretch it to its original length. FIVE not only provides a great warm-up routine – it’s also the perfect addition to your milon workout.

skillcourt

Playful muscle training

Make your workout multidimensional: skillcourt combines cardiovascular training with muscle training and brain training to improve cognitive as well as motor skills. The key is in the playful character of the workout. Speed, vision, intelligence, motor skills – skillcourt makes it fun to work on all of these aspects at the same time. So to speak, your training progress will be “child’s play” with skillcourt!

Sensopro

Effective coordination training

If you enjoy coordination training under strain, you will love Sensopro. The unique piece of apparatus provides easy, effective and attractive coordination training. The special “cage” strengthens the stabilising back muscles and allows for a three-dimensional workout, providing an ideal basis for all kinds of strength and endurance exercises. In addition, Sensopro Luna Physio provides great training opportunities to support the recovery process after injuries and orthopaedic problems.
