Whether you choose a day pass, the “Training Pass 4 in 5,” or a personalized subscription, we offer customized solutions for every fitness goal – with no long-term commitments.
Whether you want to train for just one day or prefer a flexible option, our day pass or the Training Pass 4 in 5 (four workouts within five consecutive days) lets you enjoy your training easily and without long-term obligations. Both options are available on-site at the cashier desk during the spa’s opening hours.

Whether you prefer free training or circuit training, you can precisely track your progress through our app. Additionally, Skillcourt and Sensopro devices provide diverse and active challenges for your workouts.
Guidelines for Using Our Fitness Area
To ensure a comfortable and hygienic workout environment, wearing sportswear and clean athletic shoes is mandatory. Street shoes are not permitted in the workout areas. Please also bring a towel and use it as a protective layer on the equipment. This helps keep the machines clean and contributes to a pleasant experience for all members.
