If you use 4-hour or 1.5-hour tickets, the supplement is a flat rate of 5.00 EUR per 30 minutes. This supplement will not exceed the day pass rate (standard ratea).
To save you from waiting in line at the cashier desk when leaving the spa, supplementary payment machines are available in both the pool and sauna changing rooms.
FAMILIES:
- Receive special rates, valid for up to 4 children accompanied by 2 adults.
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:

ADULTS: From a documented degree of disability of 70%, people with disabilities receive the Person-with-disabilities rate or Injured/Invalid rate. This corresponds to the child rate for the pool area or a 40% discount on sauna and combined tickets.
The accompanying person receives an Person-with-disabilities-ticket if the person concerned is in a wheelchair or completely blind. -
CHILDREN: From a disability degree of 70%, children receive free admission upon presentation of a disability ID card. A parent or legal guardian accompanying them receives a Person-with-disabilities-ticket.
GROUPS:
- For groups of 20 or more, one accompanying person is free.
BIRTHDAY:
- Only available at the cashier desk: The birthday person receives a free 4-hour ticket (pool area, sauna, or combo) when accompanied by a full-paying guest.
Proof of birthdate is required at the cashier.
The booking of online tickets is binding and cannot be changed.
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or accident), a cancellation may be granted as a gesture of goodwill after an individual review by Silvrettaseilbahn AG.

Tickets can, however, be transferred to another person.
If the wrong ticket is booked, the online ticket becomes void, and the correct fare must be paid at the ticket desk. No refunds are possible.
Cancellations and Rebookings are not allowed.
At the Silvretta Therme Ischgl, you have the option to rent towels and bathrobes for a fee. The following costs apply:
- Small towel: 4 EUR
- Large towel: 6 EUR
- Bathrobe: 8 EUR
- Spa bag: 22 EUR
Includes flip-flops, small and large towels, bathrobe, as well as shower gel and body lotion by Enzian Cultiviert.

Whether you're looking to train for just one day or seeking a flexible training option: With our day pass or the Trainingpass 4 in 5 (four sessions within five consecutive days), you can enjoy your training in a simple and commitment-free way. Both options are available directly at the reception during the Therme's opening hours.
For those opting for a subscription, an onboarding appointment is required, which can easily be booked by phone at +43 5444 606 446.

Value cards are exclusively available at the cash desk of Silvretta Therme and can only be redeemed there. Double discounting is not possible.
*The Silvretta Therme Ischgl value card enables cashless payment and is transferable, rechargeable, and has no expiration date. The Thermen-Card SILVER (200 EUR) triggers a discount of 7.5%, the Thermen-Card GOLD (500 EUR) gives you a 10% discount, and the Thermen-Card PLATINUM (1,000 EUR) provides a 12% discount strictly on admission services (admission fees and additional payments).
The value card cannot be used at the Trattoria or in the webshop of the Silvretta Therme; discount not appilcable to consumptions, spa treatments, fitness subscriptions and items, personal training, tips, vouchers.
